ZOMBIFY

Day Two
Original
Day One

Last Day
We were expected to "zombify" an image of our self using Adobe Photoshop. We basically had to find parts from various images over the internet and color burn them to our photos so that they fit. My final product is me with one eye, staring at the monitor. There are bloodstains on the wall behind me, including a bloody hand print, and my throat and mouth are clearly exposed. One element of art that I used was definitely color, when I was deciding on which layer style to chose, I took into consideration how dark that layer style would make that particular part of the image. One example of how I used contrast can be seen on the walls in the background. Because the bloody hand print and "help me" image were dark red, I chose to put both images on the lightest part of the wall so that it can easily be seen. Fortunately, we were not required to make a sketch for this project.
